September 24, 2007 (Carmel, IN) - A new 1,800 square foot Noble Roman's Pizza and Tuscano's Italian Style Subs will be opening soon in the Logansport Commons shopping center located at 4000 E. Market Street, Logansport, IN, according to an announcement made today by Joe Farr of JDF Development.
"We are pleased to announce that the dual brand concept of Noble Roman's Pizza and Tuscano's Italian Style Subs will be coming to Logansport Commons this Fall," said Farr. "This is the ideal tenant to complete the leasing for our shopping center, as it provides a strong national brand to compliment our tenant mix, a greater restaurant variety for the community, as well as continued retail momentum in the Logansport trade area."
Tim Jordan of JDF Development represented the Landlord, F & E Realty LLC. Jeffrey Hubley of Midland Atlantic Properties represented the Tenant.
The Logansport Commons shopping center was built in 2006. Other tenants currently open in the shopping center are: US Cellular and Ritter's Frozen Custard.
