FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

January 18, 2008 (Carmel, IN) - Today JDF Development purchased a 1.1 acre outlot from Home Depot in Crawfordsville, Indiana according to an announcement made today by Tim Jordan of JDF Development. The site is located in front of the Home Depot store at 1740 US 231 South, Crawfordsville, IN.

"We are pleased to announce that we were able to purchase our second excess property parcel from Home Depot," said Jordan. "The fact that we have a relationship with Home Depot allowed us the ability to purchase this highly desired outlot at a stoplight in the heart of the retail trade area of Crawfordsville, IN," added Jordan. "Once we were able to secure leases with Dollar Tree and Papa Murphy's to occupy 100% of our planned 9,400 square foot shopping center, we were able to secure very attractive financing to close on this parcel and develop a shopping center," said Jordan.

David Palumbo of Corporate Property Dispositions and Susannah Wade of Thompson Thrift Development represented the seller, Home Depot. JDF Development represented the buyer, Crawfordsville DT LLC.
