JDF Development Breaks Ground in Crawfordsville, Indiana

March 24, 2008 (Carmel, IN) - Today JDF Development broke ground on a 9,400 square foot shopping center located in front of the Home Depot store at 1740 US 231 South, Crawfordsville, IN. Crawfordsville Commons will be constructed by L.D. Huff Construction and is scheduled for completion and delivery to tenants on July 15, 2008.

"We are pleased to announce that we have begun construction of a new fully leases shopping center in Crawfordsville, Indiana," said Joe Farr, owner of JDF Development. "We feel we have designed a very upscale building for Crawfordsville, comprised of a steel frame, masonry, and EIFS," added Farr. "The building is scheduled for completion within 113 days, and our tenants plan to be open in August 2008," said Farr.
