July 15, 2008 (Carmel, IN) - Today JDF Development completed construction of a 9,400 square foot shopping center located in front of the Home Depot store at 1740 US 231 South, Crawfordsville, IN. Crawfordsville Commons was constructed by L.D. Huff Construction.
"We are pleased to announce that we have completed construction of our shopping center in Crawfordsville in 113 days, are delivering the spaces to our tenants today, and both tenants should be open for business within the next thirty to sixty days, " said Joe Farr, owner of JDF Development. "The fact that we were fully financed and 100% pre-leased before we began construction, coupled with the ease of working with the City of Crawfordsville and the fact that the project came in on time and within budget made this a home run deal for JDF Development and the Crawfordsville community," added Farr. "We would sell the shopping center for the right price and soon it will be listed for sale," said Farr.
