JDF DEVELOPMENT SIGNS LEASE WITH SALLY BEAUTY SUPPLY
July 23, 2010 (Carmel, IN) – A new 1,320 square foot Sally Beauty Supply will be opening this summer at the Tri-State Commons shopping center anchored by Kohl’s Department Store and located at 3308 N. Wayne Street, Angola, IN, according to an announcement made today by Joe Farr of JDF Development. This will be Sally Beauty Supply’s first store in Angola.
“We are pleased to announce that we have signed a lease with such a strong national retailer to continue the leasing for our new 26,450 square foot Kohl’s Department Store anchored development in Angola,” said Farr. “This deal with Sally Beauty Supply is a great addition to our shopping center during this economic downturn and adds another strong national retailer to a shopping center occupied by all national retailers,” added Farr.
JDF Development represented the landlord, JDF Angola LLC, while Sally Beauty Supply was represented by Bill French of Cassidy Turley.
