JDF DEVELOPMENT BREAKS GROUND IN LOGANSPORT, INDIANA
September 28, 2010 (Carmel, IN) – Today Logansport 2 LLC, an affiliate of JDF Development, broke ground on an 18,600 square foot shopping center located next to the new Wal-Mart Supercenter in Logansport, IN. Logansport 2 LLC closed on the property today as well and the shopping center is scheduled for completion December 2010. The name of the shopping center will be Cass County Commons.
“We are pleased to announce that we have begun construction of our fourth shopping center since the inception of JDF Development,” said Joe Farr, owner of JDF Development. “We feel we have designed a very upscale building for Logansport,” added Farr. “The fact that we were able to secure tenants to occupy 75% of the shopping center, and secure attractive financing to build the shopping center in these challenging economic times, is a testament to our slow growth and conservative approach,” said Farr.
