TRI-STATE COMMONS 100% OCCUPIED
March 29, 2012 (Carmel, IN) – A new 5,400 square foot maurices women’s fashion store will be opening this summer at Tri-State Commons shopping center anchored by Kohl’s Department Store and located at 3308 N. Wayne Street, Angola, IN, according to an announcement made today by Tim Jordan of JDF Development. This will be a relocation for maurices in Angola.
“We are pleased to announce that our shopping center is 100% occupied. We have signed a lease with maurices, a very strong national retailer to complete the leasing for our 26,450 square foot Kohl’s Department Store anchored development in Angola,” said Jordan. “This deal with maurices is a great final addition to our shopping center and adds another strong national retailer to a shopping center occupied by all national retailers. One year ago, maurices similarly relocated from an inferior location and opened in another of our shopping centers in Indiana. Working with maurices to relocate their stores has been very enjoyable and their new prototype store layout and décor are fabulous,” added Jordan.
JDF Development represented the landlord, JDF Angola LLC, while maurices was represented by itself.
